Women's Only Breathwork & Soundbath
with Kim

Half of this Women's class will be Breathwork led by Kim Richter and the other half will be a Soundbath led by Alina Popa. Dig deep with the breathwork and then bathe your entire being with the sound afterwards. They complement each other beautifully.

When Women get together who are driven and want to make changes, this class is incredibly strong. Our collective energy is quite amazing and we hold space for each other as we challenge ourselves to grow.
