The combination of breathwork and a sound bath can really create a deep sense of connection and transformation. Kim Richter’s guidance in breathwork (first half of class) will help participants tap into their inner selves, while Alina Popa’s sound bath (second half of class) will provide a soothing and restorative atmosphere.  It’s bound to be a powerful session!
